Fighting for the digital rights
The book
ABOUT THE PROJECT

Internet has changed our way of communicate and interact with our context, information is decentralized, and virtual communication is a constant pulse in the net. Even though internet is a powerful platform, it’s ideally controlled by the users, not by any government, private company or a centralized system. But in many countries, this influential core is a tool for controlling the users behaviour and ideas, as censorship and surveillance shapes the web at will.

China, Russia, India, UK, USA, Syria, Cuba, Pakistan, Vietnam, and much more are suffering from any kind of censorship and surveillance which block the freedom of the user. The information is out there, and there are tons of ngo’s [1 2 3] fighting for the users, and performing investigations. This is what I want to write about in this book.

"Arguing that you don't care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don't care about free speech because you have nothing to say."
